Our current COVID-19 Hygiene concept

  • If possible, observe the minimum distance of 1.5 meters (staff and guests)
  • Table spacing incl. chairs to the next table of at least 1.5m
  • Maximum of 10 people per table, if possible with prior reservation
  • Contact details (email or telephone number), arrival time and time of walking, table number and number of guests at the table are recorded in a form.
  • Mandatory masks for guests when entering and leaving the cafe, as well as when getting up from the table.
  • Mandatory masks for staff.
  • Reference to compliance with the niec and and cough etiquette
  • Regular hand washing / disinfection of staff
  • Disinfectant at the entrance and in the restrooms.
  • Disinfection of tables, chairs, menus (laminated), ballpoint pens, etc. after use
  • Places that are often touched (doorknobs, etc). are disinfected regularly.
  • No bar/counter operation, guests are only served at tables
  • No shareable (free) snacks (peanuts)
  • Disposable paper towels in the restrooms instead of hot air dryer
  • Disposable gloves are provided to the staff
  • Regular ventilation to ensure air exchange
  • Display with hygiene instructions at the entrance
  • Personnel with symptoms of illness will not be working
  • Guests with symptoms of illness are not served or allowed entrance.
  • Direct hand contact between persons (shaking hands, handing over objects) should be avoided and it is pointed out that it is not allowed.
  • Breakfast for hotel guests is not served in the breakfast room, takeaway prepacked breakfast is available.
